Deliveries typically take 7–10 days, extending to up to 14 days during peak season, with customs clearance processed weekly. Is there a membership fee?
There is no membership fee. You only pay for the services you use.
How often do you have flights?
We have flights from the U.S. 4x per week.
How often you have sea freight?
We have freight by sea once per week
When do customs fees apply?
Customs fees are only charged on packages valuing $100 USD or higher.
What are restricted items?
Toy guns, pepper spray, any form of weapons including swords, guns, ammunition, radar detectors, unprocessed meat, live animals, firecrackers, explosives, lighters and matches, camouflage, cash etc.
I need help purchasing something online
We can help you purchase items online and deliver them to your doorstep.
Does your warehouse receive packages on the weekend?
Although our warehouse is closed on weekends, we have a machine that securely collects your packages. Any packages delivered during this time will be processed and prepared for shipment on the next business day.
What happens if I don’t pay or pick up my package?
Customers are required to collect their packages within 3 weeks (21 days) of arrival at our warehouse. Packages not collected within this period will be considered abandoned. The company reserves the right to sell, dispose of, or otherwise handle abandoned packages in order to recover storage and handling costs. In addition, if a customer deliberately refuses to pay for a package, or fails to respond to multiple contact attempts (via phone, email, or other communication channels) to arrange payment or delivery, the package will also be considered abandoned. In such cases, the customer’s account may be permanently blocked from using our warehouse services. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. No Refunds Policy: Once a package is deemed abandoned and sold or disposed of, no refunds or compensation will be issued to the customer under any circumstances.
