Customs fees are only charged on packages valuing $100 USD or higher.

We can help you purchase items online and deliver them to your doorstep.
Although our warehouse is closed on weekends, we have a machine that securely collects your packages. Any packages delivered during this time will be processed and prepared for shipment on the next business day.
Customers are required to collect their packages within 3 weeks (21 days) of arrival at our warehouse. Packages not collected within this period will be considered abandoned. The company reserves the right to sell, dispose of, or otherwise handle abandoned packages in order to recover storage and handling costs. In addition, if a customer deliberately refuses to pay for a package, or fails to respond to multiple contact attempts (via phone, email, or other communication channels) to arrange payment or delivery, the package will also be considered abandoned. In such cases, the customer’s account may be permanently blocked from using our warehouse services. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. No Refunds Policy: Once a package is deemed abandoned and sold or disposed of, no refunds or compensation will be issued to the customer under any circumstances.
